    Hi everyone

I have attached an article on resilience and a powerpoint on Jababdao from the CPLD day we had a Highfield Nursery.
Either of these could be used as starting points for your o think about evidencing 5.2

    HI Amy,

You could probably use something from your change project for 5.2 – or anything that you do to prove safe risk taking in order to support children resilience and well being.
If you use any well being techniques such as yoga / music and movement this could be useful here too.

For 8.7 if you do not have any children / experience of working within a multi disciplinary team you could write a mock ‘ case study’ explaining how you would approach the whole process of identifying a child with an additional need and the subsequent steps you would take to make a referral.

    Hope that helps?

    Hi Amy,

I think if the setting mentor observations are a high quality and have had an impact on your practice then yes a reflection on how this has influenced / shaped your practice would be relevant and useful.

    Hope you are keeping well?

    HI Amy,

Thank you for your contibutions…I think that a reflection on the implications for practice and provision alongside the 2 year progress check would be great!

    Hi Kirsty.

for 5.3 you could also use any visual tools that you use in your setting to support children , for example a visual time table , a ‘first… this… then’ board / choosing board / use of a sand timer / low level distraction area / sensory resources.
