    Arlene,
    You have clearly spent a lot of time working on your Interim task and the structure that you’ve used is good for organising your thoughts. Also, using the template has supported you re thinking through all aspects of teaching. A template is good to use when you are supporting other practitioners (to share your thinking), but I agree with you that these are time consuming.
