    We haven’t got a collection of evidence in our setting of all the wonderful ways in which we are inclusive and this is a target for us. However I’m stuck on where to even begin!

    I want to create a lovely scrap book or folder of some kind to collect the evidence but I cannot find any examples on any websites or literature to help with this.

    I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work and would love for it to look really attractive to whoever wishes to look through it. I may even create a PowerPoint or something.

    Can anyone give me some key things that should go in an ENCo file and maybe some sub headings, ideas, inspiration and direction please.
