change project question

hopefully someone can help! I feel like I know what I a doing with my change project but struggling to find the focus questions and pull some writing together… my internal mentor has asked and I am all in a cufuffle.

Me again !

I have attached an overview of 3 more change projects that were completed in 2018/19. This document is for reference only and was written with the permission of the trainees.
One looks at improving maths across the provision , one looks at ways of improving a focus group of children’s literacy skills and the third looks at ways of using technology within the setting.
