    Ideas from my group today:

Certificates (verified and in the last 2 years) and how the training impacted on own practice and others’.
    Supporting an apprentice.
    Food hygiene protocols.
Daily risk assessments – including ones the children do.
Evidence of how you encourage children to take calculated risks.

    Hello everyone!

Just some ideas from what I did last year for my evidence:

    – I had a professional discussion with a member of staff who had experienced a safeguarding incident. I wrote a reflection on this discussion and identified how it would impact my further practice.
    – I completed an observation on how I allowed the children to manage and take risks. They helped evaluate to room and identified that it would only be safe if 3 children were allowed on the climbing frame at once, for example
    – I reviewed my settings child protection policies and identified changes/areas that needed further discussion that was needed with management.
